As providers, this application allows us to optimize goal-directed HF therapy in a fast way. It can serve as a secondary check on appropriate investigations, indicated medications, and logical use of device therapy. Use of this application should allow for uniformity in treating heart failure patients in a fast-moving clinical world like the hospital or clinic. Combined with the clinical components, ICD 10 support in the application is a tremendous time saver and help for accurate documentation.
